Our Team

Mr. Mai Rattana

Founder & Adviser

Mai Rattana is the President of the Board of Directors of Anjali House and a passionate advocate for education and youth empowerment. He holds an Associate of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Tompkins Cortland Community College (SUNY, USA) and a Bachelor of Arts in Law from Build Bright University, Siem Reap. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Private Law at the Royal University of Law and Economics while working as a Junior Legal Consultant at DFDL.
Rattana brings extensive experience in supporting young people, having served as a Scholarship Coordinator at PEPY Empowering Youth and a member of the Youth Advisory Council at Comic Relief US. He is deeply committed to expanding access to education and believes in the transformative power of libraries as inclusive spaces for learning and growth. At the 100‑Library Youth Network, he plays a key leadership role in guiding and managing the team to mobilize resources, build partnerships, and successfully implement library projects, ensuring that each initiative creates lasting impact for communities and opens more pathways for young people to learn, grow, and dream beyond their circumstances.

Mr. Lai Sievlong

President

Lai Sievlong is a Dream Management Project Officer at PEPY Empowering Youth and a dedicated advocate for education and youth empowerment. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from Build Bright University, Siem Reap. Through his professional and academic journey, Sievlong has developed a strong commitment to supporting young people, helping them overcome barriers and access opportunities to achieve their educational and career aspirations.
At the 100‑Library Youth Network, Sievlong plays a vital role in building and strengthening partnerships with local authorities and partner schools, ensuring strong collaboration and sustainability of each initiative. In addition, he leads the planning and implementation of library projects, working to expand access to quality learning resources and foster safe, inclusive spaces for children and youth.

Ms. Hun Sreyey

Vice President

Hun Sreyey is an English Teacher at Pacific Kids in Siem Reap and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) at Pannasastra University of Cambodia, Siem Reap. She is deeply passionate about educating young children and empowering them to grow into responsible and capable members of society. Through her teaching, she is committed to creating supportive learning environments that inspire curiosity, confidence, and lifelong learning.
At the 100‑Library Youth Network, Sreyey plays an important role in guiding the team to ensure strong collaboration and the sustainability of each initiative, while also contributing to the development of creative and engaging library spaces. She is actively involved in the planning and implementation of library projects and works closely with the finance team to ensure effective budgeting and responsible allocation of resources.

Mr. Phan Chanreaksmey

Vice President

Phan Chanreaksmey is a Project Assistant at Khmer Akphiwat Khmer Organization (KAKO). He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from Build Bright University, Siem Reap. Through his education and work, he strives to contribute to the personal and professional development of youth, enabling them to build brighter futures.
At the 100‑Library Youth Network, Chanreaksmey plays a vital role in building and strengthening partnerships with partner schools, while also contributing to the creation of creative and engaging library spaces. He is actively involved in the planning and implementation of library projects and works closely with the engineering and library teams to ensure proper renovation of facilities. In addition, he helps ensure that books and learning materials are well-organized and effectively provided to partner schools, supporting accessible and high-quality learning environments for students.

Ms. Seut Seavlai

Team Leader

Seut Seavlai is an Admin and Financial Officer at Elite Translation and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation from Vanda University, Siem Reap Campus. With a strong background in finance and administration, Seavlai is passionate about using financial management as a tool to support meaningful community impact.
As a member of the 100-Library Youth Network, Seavlai oversees the financial planning, budgeting, and record-keeping, ensuring transparency, accountability, and the effective use of resources. Her work helps support library renovation projects and educational initiatives that provide children in underserved communities with better access to learning opportunities.
Committed to both professional excellence and community service, Seavlai believes that education is a powerful driver of positive change.

Mr. Pov Soksan

Team Leader

Sok San Pov is an IT Support Officer at Somadevi Angkor Resort & Spa, where he is responsible for managing IT infrastructure, overseeing digital systems, leading technology initiatives, and providing technical support to enhance organizational efficiency and operations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Build Bright University (BBU), Siem Reap Campus. Through his academic training and professional experience, Sok San has developed strong expertise in IT support, system administration, network management, website maintenance, digital content creation, and ICT education.
At the 100-Library Youth Network, Sok San serves as the IT Team Leader, playing a key role in supporting the digital and technological needs. He is responsible for maintaining the network’s website and online platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring reliable access to technology for both team members and stakeholders. In addition, he contributes to strengthening the network’s digital presence and communication efforts through effective technology solutions and digital content management. Passionate about innovation and community development, he is committed to using technology as a tool for positive social impact.

Ms. Proeurng Sokhim

Team Leader

Proeurng Sokhim is an Assistant Librarian at the Center for Khmer Studies (CKS), where she supports research, teaching, and public service in the social sciences, arts, and humanities across Cambodia and the Mekong region. Through her work, she contributes to fostering a deeper understanding of the region’s rich cultural and intellectual heritage. She also plays a vital role in assisting researchers, students, and readers in accessing a wide range of books, documents, and research materials.
Sokhim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from Build Bright University, Siem Reap Campus. She is deeply committed to promoting literacy, expanding access to information, and supporting educational development to empower individuals and communities through knowledge and lifelong learning.
In addition to her professional role, Sokhim serves as the Book & Library Team Leader of the 100-Library Youth Network. In this role, she actively supports her team in organizing library resources, managing book collections, and maintaining learning materials. Through her dedication, she helps create engaging, resourceful, and inspiring learning spaces for children in target schools and communities.

Ms. Bronh Chanthorng

Team Leader

Bronh Chanthorng is a Teaching Assistant at Pacific Kids School and an undergrad student at the Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC), Siem Reap Campus. With a strong passion for early childhood education, she is dedicated to helping young learners build the confidence, skills, and strong academic foundations they need to succeed. Through her supportive and engaging approach, she strives to create a positive learning environment where children can develop curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.
Beyond the classroom, Chanthorng is an active member of the 100-Library Youth Network, serving on the Design Team. In this role, she contributes to library renovation and improvement projects that create safe, functional, and inspiring learning spaces for children in underserved communities. Through teamwork, innovation, and hands-on involvement, she helps turn ideas into meaningful solutions that expand access to education and strengthen the impact of the youth network.

Mr. Pot Pon

Team Leader

Pot Pon is a Property Listing Officer at Independent Property Service (IPS Cambodia). He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in General Management at Build Bright University, Siem Reap Campus. Passionate about creating positive social impact, Pon strongly believes that every child deserves equal access to quality education, regardless of their background or location. Driven by this vision, Pon dedicates both professional expertise and personal time to community development initiatives that empower young people through learning.
As a member of the 100-Library Youth Network, Pon helps securing the resources and financial support needed for library renovation projects. In addition, Pon contributes to developing creative fundraising initiatives, cultivating relationships with sponsors and partners, and supporting the long-term sustainability of the youth network.

Ms. Khley Sahouy

Member

Khley Sahuoy is a Midwife at Svay Sor Health Center. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Midwifery from Angkor University in Siem Reap. Living and working in her hometown has given her firsthand insight into the challenges faced by many rural schools, particularly the limited access to educational resources and learning opportunities. Witnessing these difficulties inspired her to become actively involved in community development initiatives, especially those focused on education. She firmly believes that investing in education today helps create brighter futures and greater opportunities for the next generation.
In addition to her healthcare profession, Sahuoy is proud to serve as a member of the 100-Library Youth Network. As part of the Design Team, she contributes to library renovation and improvement projects by creating artwork and inspirational murals that make learning spaces more engaging and welcoming. She also assists in collecting, organizing, and maintaining materials used for library decoration and enhancement.

Mr. Chhea Chhai

Member

Chhea Chhai is a Communication and Fundraising Assistant at Free To Shine, where he supports communication initiatives and fundraising activities that create positive opportunities for vulnerable children and communities. He is passionate about using his skills to promote education, social development, and meaningful community impact. Chhai is also pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) at the Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC), Siem Reap Campus.
In addition, Chhai volunteers as a member of the Fundraising Team of the 100-Library Youth Network, where he helps mobilize resources and support projects aimed at improving and redesigning libraries, as well as providing books for children in rural communities. Through his dedication and collaborative spirit, he strives to empower young people through education and create lasting positive change in their communities.

Mr. Dam Veasna

Dam Veasna is an Assistant Branch Manager at IPS Cambodia. Alongside his professional career, he is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Law at the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE). Veasna is also a scholarship recipient of PEPY Empowering Youth and continues his studies in Phnom Penh with support from IPS Cambodia. Through his academic and professional journey, he has developed good communication and problem-solving skills, enabling him to contribute effectively to both his workplace and community.
As a member of the Fundraising Team at the 100-Library Youth Network, Veasna supports fundraising campaigns and partnership initiatives that help establish and sustain library spaces for children and young people. Through these efforts, he contributes to creating safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environments that empower future generations to learn, grow, and pursue their aspirations.

Mr. Lorng Chhaira

Member

Lorng Chhaira is the Chief Credit Officer at Sochareth Capital Co., Ltd. in Banteay Meanchey Province. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Build Bright University, Siem Reap Campus. With a strong passion for connecting with people, Chhaira enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues alike. He values opportunities to meet new people, exchange ideas, solve problems, and learn from those around him.
At the 100-Library Youth Network, Chhaira plays an important role in fostering teamwork and supporting library development initiatives. As a member of the Design Team, he contributes to organizing books, enhancing the library's appearance, and creating a welcoming learning environment for students. He is passionate about generating creative ideas and developing visual materials that inspire young learners. In addition, he pays close attention to detail and aesthetics to ensure the library remains both functional and attractive. Chhaira also collaborates closely with suppliers to ensure that materials and resources are available for each project, helping the team successfully achieve its goals.

Ms. Chenda Vinea

Chenda Vinea is a Midwife at Neak Tep Hospital (NTH) in Siem Reap Province. She is passionate about serving others through healthcare and education. Growing up in a rural community, Vinea experienced firsthand the challenges many students face in accessing educational opportunities, which inspired a deep appreciation for learning and personal growth.
Believing that education is a powerful tool for creating brighter futures, Vinea joined the 100-Library Youth Network to help expand learning opportunities for children in underserved communities. As part of the Design Team, Vinea contributes transforming learning spaces through library renovation and improvement projects. By creating colorful artwork and inspiring murals, Vinea helps make libraries more welcoming, vibrant, and conducive to learning.

Ms. Ros Chansay

Ros Chansay is an English teacher at Beatitude Cambodia School, where she supports students from local schools by providing free English learning opportunities. She is passionate about helping young learners develop discipline and encouraging them to achieve their goals and dreams. Chansay is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) at the Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC), Siem Reap Campus.
At the 100-Library Youth Network, she plays an essential role as a member of the Library Team, providing hands-on support to ensure the smooth operation of team initiatives. She actively assists with organizing books, managing library resources, and supporting library activities. Her dedication contributes to fostering a positive environment that promotes learning, creativity, and personal development.

Mr. Phearom Rathanak

Phearom Rathanak is a SQL Support at Global Consultancy, where he develops web applications and supports daily office operations. He holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of South-East Asia (USEA), Siem Reap. Through his academic background and professional experience, Rathanak has developed strong skills in full-stack web development, IT support, and system administration. He is passionate about using technology to create practical solutions that enhance organizational efficiency and contribute to community development.
At the 100-Library Youth Network, Rathanak provides IT support, maintains the organization’s website and digital systems, troubleshoots technical issues, and helps ensure that technology remains accessible and reliable for staff and volunteers. He is committed to continuous learning and applying technology to create a positive impact in both professional and community environments.

Ms. Chhouk Lerb

Ms. Pork Vannda

Pork Vannda is a Teacher at Pacific Kids School and an undergraduate student at the Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC), Siem Reap Campus. Passionate about early childhood education, Vannda is dedicated to helping young learners develop the essential skills and confidence needed for lifelong learning and future academic success. Through a nurturing, engaging, and supportive classroom environment, Vannda strives to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a genuine love of learning in every child.
Beyond the classroom, Vannda is actively involved in community service as a member of the 100-Library Youth Network. As part of the Book & Library Team, Vannda supports library operations by organizing books, managing educational resources, and assisting with daily activities that help create welcoming and effective learning spaces for students. Through this role, Vannda contributes to expanding access to knowledge and promoting reading habits among children and young people in underserved communities.

Ms. Mer Maksa

Mer Maksa is a Teaching Assistant at Pacific Kids School and an undergraduate student at the Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC), Siem Reap Campus. With a strong interest in early childhood education, she is committed to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment that promotes children's academic and personal development. Through her dedication to teaching and mentoring, she strives to help young learners build confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.
In addition to her educational role, Maksa serves as a member of the Design Team at the 100-Library Youth Network. Through collaborative projects and community initiatives, she assists in collecting, organizing, and maintaining materials used for library decoration and enhancement.

Mr. Suong Sorn

Suong Sorn is a Sales Consultant at GoldWell Capital Co., Ltd. and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in General Management at Build Bright University (BBU), Siem Reap Campus. Through his professional role, he has developed strong skills in client consultation, relationship management, and business development, helping clients make informed financial decisions while contributing to organizational growth. Passionate about continuous learning and self-improvement, Sorn is dedicated to expanding his knowledge of business and management. He believes that professionalism, integrity, and lifelong learning are essential to both personal and professional success.
In addition, Sorn actively volunteers as a member of the IT Support Team of the 100-Library Youth Network. In this role, he provides technical support and assists with digital tools and communications that support the youth network’s activities and initiatives. His contributions reflect his commitment to promoting education, innovation, and child development.
